since its origin in 1827 Casa Alberto continues ist tradition in the same building where Cervantes lived. It has still memories from the age of Cervantes, bullfighting pictures hung on ist walls.
Today they offer you traditional dishes of the local Madrid cuisine such as Cocido ( Madrid Chickpea Stew ), Rabo de Toro ( Oxtail stew ) Bacalao ( Codfish ), and homemade dessert.
